Refund Eligibility
- Music Purchases: Refunds for music purchases are not generally provided due to the nature of digital content. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days for assistance.
- Courses: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 3 classes of purchase. Refunds will only be provided if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
Refund Process

Exceptions
- Promotional Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded Music: Due to the nature of digital downloads, music files that have been downloaded are non-refundable.
- Completed Courses: Courses that have been fully completed are not eligible for a refund.
